The need to focus on what will steer their organization through uncertain times can-not be overemphasized. This Strategic Management and Leadership Training Course offers guidance to any leader who is faced with uncertain environmental forces, both internally and externally and is keen to understand how to read environmental forces and changes. This course therefore focuses on dynamics of strategy with an aim of developing strategic thinking as well as the development of good leadership strategies in order to support the strategic planning and implementation of a business and/or organization. Generally, this training course will help its participants define environmental forces, enhance their ability to develop and implement organisational strategies.
