Participants will learn how to define clear objectives, develop SMART indicators, and establish data collection methodologies. The program covers essential components such as baselines, data quality assurance, and performance tracking frameworks. Practical exercises in creating logical frameworks (logframes) and M&E matrices will provide hands-on experience. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to design M&E plans that ensure systematic project tracking and meaningful evaluation of outcomes.
